E-COUNSELLING & ADMISSION PROCESS

Step 1: Scorecard Download & Merit

Results and Final Answer Keys were released on **2025-12-16**. Candidates download their scorecards from the portal using their Mobile Number/Application ID and Password.

Step 2: Counselling Registration (Mandatory)

Candidates register for e-counselling by paying the registration fee (₹30,000 Gen/₹20,000 Reserved) before the **December 27, 2025**, deadline.

Step 3: Preference Filling

Candidates submit their preferred list of NLUs (Minimum 15 for UG and 5 for PG) through their login dashboard.

Step 4: Seat Allotment (Multiple Rounds)

Seats are allotted based on CLAT rank, preference, and category. Candidates choose between **Freeze** (confirming the seat) or **Float** (seeking a higher preference).

Step 5: Document Verification & Final Fee

Candidates report to the allotted NLU with original documents, clear medical tests, and pay the remaining balance of the academic fee.

CLAT 2026 Admit Card and CLAT 2026 Score Card.

Academic Certificates

10th, 12th Marksheets/Certificates (UG), LLB Degree Certificate (PG), and Caste/Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL, EWS) as applicable.

Financial Proof

Proof of Counselling Fee payment (₹30,000/₹20,000).

Other Mandatory Documents

Character Certificate, Transfer/Migration Certificate, and PwD/SAP Certificate (if applicable).
