DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION & ADMIT CARD

Scanned Images (For Application)

Scanned signature of candidate, scanned signature of parent, and passport-size photograph.

Headmaster-Verified Certificate

A certificate verified and signed by the Headmaster of the Class 5 school, containing the candidate's details.

Mandatory Items (Exam Day)

Printed Admit Card (Hall Ticket) and a Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, etc.)

STEPS TO CHECK ADMIT CARD / RESULT STATUS

Step 1: Visit the Portal

Visit the official NVS website (navodaya.gov.in) and locate the 'Admissions' or 'Latest Updates' section.

Step 2: Login for Admit Card

Click on the 'Download Admit Card for Class VI Selection Test 2026' link. Log in using your Registration Number / Application ID and Date of Birth.

Step 3: Status Check

For Phase I (Dec 13) candidates, check the result link (expected March 2026). For Phase II (April 11) candidates, the admit card link will activate in March 2026.

Step 4: Document Verification (After Selection)

Final admission is completed by physically reporting to the allotted JNV with all original documents (mark sheets, domicile, caste proof, etc.) for verification.
