ELIGIBILITY (Educational and Age)
Educational Qualification (Directorate of Education)
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / B.El.Ed. / Diploma in Special Education, OR Graduation + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Must have passed CTET Paper I and studied Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English at Secondary level.
Educational Qualification (NDMC)
Senior Secondary with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Primary Education / ETE / JBT / DIET / B.El.Ed. Must have passed Hindi in Class 10 and cleared CTET Paper I.
Maximum Age Limit
Calculate AgeNot exceeding 30 years (as on 2025-10-16).
CTET Requirement
Must have passed CTET (Paper I) conducted by CBSE.

Mode of Selection
Computer Based Test (CBT)
The selection is based on a one-tier Computer Based Test (CBT) examination. The final merit list is based on marks obtained in the CBT.
Document Verification (DV)
Candidates shortlisted based on CBT marks are called for Document Verification.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
General/EWS: 40%; OBC (Delhi): 35%; SC/ST/PwBD: 30%.
