Mode of Selection
Stage 1: Paper I (CBT)
Computer-Based Examination (200 Questions, 200 Marks) covering General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Negative marking of 0.25 marks.
Stage 2: PET/PST
Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Qualifying in nature.
Stage 3: Paper II (CBT)
Computer-Based Test (200 Questions, 200 Marks) covering English Language and Comprehension.
Stage 4: Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
Final medical fitness check for recommended candidates.

Instruction (How To Apply Online Form)
Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)
Candidates must first register on the official SSC portal (ssc.gov.in). Use the OTR number for subsequent applications.
Step 2: Login and Apply
Log in to the SSC portal and click on the 'Apply' link for the CPO Examination.
Step 3: Driving License (Male Delhi Police)
Male candidates for Delhi Police must possess a valid LMV Driving License as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
Step 4: Upload Documents
Upload a scanned photograph and signature as per specifications.
Step 5: Pay Fee
Pay the application fee (Rs. 100/- for applicable categories) by the fee payment deadline.
Application Correction
A correction window is provided (2025-10-24 to 2025-10-26) to modify any submitted details.
